Pot Life vs. Temperature Chart

RayCrete's unique features of strength, versatility, durability, and safety make it the ideal solution for nearly any project.

With the strength of concrete, RayCrete adheres seamlessly to itself or most surfaces. It forms a rigid connection between materials, permanently filling and sealing even where large gaps between surfaces exist.

Extremely versatile, RayCrete is workable while curing and can be applied and cures nearly anywhere, including extremes of temperature, humidity, even in standing or running water.

Cured RayCrete is so durable it can be drilled, nailed, sawed, tapped, sanded, machined, etc., while providing a lasting bond even under continuous exposure to demanding environmental conditions.

RayCrete is safe for use indoors or outside. It has no toxic vapors or volatile organic compounds (VOC's). It has no odors, and cleans up with ordinary cleaning products such as lemon juice.

RayCrete Adheres to Nearly Any Material,
EVEN ITSELF

RayCrete Adheres to Nearly Everything!

As a Multi-Mender, RayCrete is the ideal solution for nearly any project involving wood, metal, concrete, masonry, plaster, plastic, ceramics, glass, fiberglass, porcelain, tile, rubber, fabric, etc. Easy to use, just mix parts A and B equally and apply.

Adding Color: Add color using colored blackboard chalk, artist's pastels or cement coloring. Grind the blackboard chalk or pastels with medium-fine sanding paper to make fine powder. Add the powder to RayCrete part "A" and continue adding until the color is slightly righer than desired. For large jobs, mix as much of colored part A as you'll need for the entire job, this will ensure a uniform finished color for the entire project. Mix the colored part A with part B as usual and apply. You can't do that with epoxy!
